RIVERBEND OF NAPLES BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Riverbend of Naples is governed by a 7-member Board of Directors, each of whom is elected for a term of 3 years. Directors' terms are staggered such that 1 to 3 directors are eligible for re-election in any given year. Any resident is eligible to run by submitting an "Intent to Run" at least 40 days prior to an election. The directors are elected at an annual meeting of the members every February.

NOTICE: Within 90 days of election or appointment, each new board member must certify in writing that he/she has read the association’s founding documents and current written policies; that he/she will uphold such documents and policies to the best of his/her ability; and that he/she will faithfully discharge his/her fiduciary responsibility OR submit a certificate of satisfactory completion of the educational curriculum administered by an approved education provider per chapter 718.
