Our community has 3 beautiful recently-renovated dock areas with nearly-new pilings, decking, water lines and dock accessories. In addition, there is a nearly-new fishing pier with custom-built benches for our residents to sit and enjoy the quietness of the river and the occasional sounds of wildlife.
Boat owners wishing a slip can put in a request to the Dock Coordinator, and a slip will be assigned, based on availability. The Board of Directors has established a set of rules, including the procedure for requesting a slip, as well as the boat specifications for each dock area. The boating facilities are for member use only, and all boats and trailers on the property are subject to a fee.
