Riverbend of Naples
MEMBERS > PROSPECTIVE SHAREHOLDER FORMS & INSTRUCTIONS
For approval to become a shareholder of Riverbend of Naples Mobile Homeowners Association, Inc. it is necessary to:
1. Complete the Shareholder Application.
2. Read, sign and date the Riparian Rights Acknowledgement.
3. Complete, sign and date the Fair Housing Age Verification document.
4. Initial each page and sign and date the last page of the Rules and Regulations (under "Homeowner Documents")
5. A completed Background Check Authorization form for EACH person who will reside in the Unit age 18 or over.
6. A completed and signed Consent to Receive Electronic Notice of Meetings if you wish to receive email notice of meetings. (This is optional, but saves your Association postage and envelopes).
The prospective shareholder is also responsible to read and understand the Master Proprietary Lease and the Bylaws within the Riverbend Prospectus (under "Homeowner Documents") that will be executed and become part of the closing documents when the purchase of the unit is completed.
