Q. How much is the monthly association fee?
A: $ 211.60/month
Q. What does the monthly association fee cover?
A: Grounds maintenance, water, sewer, and common area electricity. Fees for garbage and solid waste pickup services are included in your annual property tax bill from Collier County.
Q. How much is the monthly fee for having a registered watercraft on the premises?
A: $ 35/month per watercraft (which includes storage and use of a slip, as available), payable in advance for the year. Maximum number of boats allowed, including jet skis, is two (2). Slips and use of the boating facilities are reserved for Riverbend of Naples Homeowners Association (RNMHA) members only. See Rules on the Dock Information page for specifics.
Q. How much is the monthly fee for having an unregistered watercraft, such as kayaks, canoes, etc. on the premises?
A: A $6 monthly fee is charged for each unit's non-motorized watercraft (which includes kayaks, canoes, etc.), not to exceed $12/month, and payable in advance for the year. These types of unregistered watercraft may be stored under units or in a secured acceptable manner approved by the dock coordinator.
Q. Are pets allowed in Riverbend?
A. No pets are allowed.
Q. How do I apply to become a Riverbend of Naples Mobile Homeowners Association (RNMHA) member?
A: Anyone who contracts to purchase a unit in Riverbend must apply to become a member/shareholder before the sale is final. The shareholder application and other required documents are available on this website under MEMBERS > Prospective Shareholder Forms & Instructions.
Q. If I buy a unit in Riverbend of Naples do I own the land under the unit?
A: No, you own a 1/41 interest in all of the land owned by RNMHA. You will then be given a lease from RNMHA that allows you to occupy the unit described in your purchase and lease agreement. A copy of the Master Proprietary Lease + Bylaws is available on this website under Homeowner Documents.
Q. If I buy a unit in Riverbend of Naples can I rent it out?
A: No, rentals are not currently approved in Riverbend.
